Infopower Technologies Private Limited was started in 1991. It was acquired by Sahasra in 2010. Sahasra acquired Infopower to cater to the increasing domestic market demand, growing since year 2000, when the electronics manufacturing market started to open in India. Post-acquisition Infopower has the distinction of being the only company in India manufacturing PCB’s as well as providing EMS under one roof.
In August 2017 MiTAC Holdings Corporation a member of the MiTAC-Synnex Corporation, one of Taiwan’s top business conglomerates, and Infopower Technologies Pvt. Ltd. announced a definitive agreement in which MHC invested in Infopower becoming one of its largest shareholders.
