Note:

1. Space will be booked only upon receipt of a token amount of Rs 25000 strictly on first come first served basis. (US$ 500 for foreign participants)
2. Token amount will be reduced from the final payable amount.
3. Final amount of participation fee will be announced in due course. (Rs 10,000 will be extra for corner charges subject to availability)
4. In case of withdrawal of participation before 31st July 2023 Token amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% admin charges. After 31st July 2023 token amount will not be refundable. Token amount received after 31st July 2023 will not be reimbursable.
5. A detailed form will be shared to be filled at a later stage.
